This premium double-duplex residence in Aramgarh was thoughtfully designed and constructed for two brothers, combining luxury, functionality, and modern architecture under one roof. The project features two independent duplex homes with a professionally designed office space on the ground floor, allowing the owners to seamlessly balance their personal and professional lives. Every element of the project was executed with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring premium finishes, structural excellence, and a timeless aesthetic.

 The primary objective was to create a luxurious yet practical living environment that offered both families complete privacy while maintaining a unified architectural identity. Additionally, the ground-floor office was designed to provide a professional workspace without compromising the comfort, convenience, or elegance of the residential spaces above. Our focus was to maximize space utilization, enhance functionality, and deliver a home that reflects the owners’ lifestyle and aspirations.

Designing two spacious duplex residences along with a fully functional office within the same building required careful planning and efficient space management.
