The primary objective was to create a high-quality rental property that delivers consistent returns while minimizing future maintenance costs. One of the biggest challenges was the project’s location, where narrow roads and a dead-end access made transporting construction materials and equipment extremely difficult. Careful planning and precise coordination were required to ensure uninterrupted construction without affecting quality or timelines.

Another significant challenge was the client’s preference to use a concrete miller for slab concreting instead of conventional pumping methods. Although this process demanded greater effort, planning, and on-site supervision, our team successfully executed the concreting while maintaining the required quality standards and structural integrity. By overcoming these logistical and execution challenges, we delivered a robust, high-quality building without compromising on the client’s specific requirements.
